To inspire your visit to London and the UK, here are some examples of successful itineraries that I have already put in place.

Family visit to London
Mr and Mrs J and their two teenage daughters arrived in London from Houston in August of last year for a four night stay. We worked together to create the following.

On arrival at Heathrow airport, we used a V-Class Mercedes luxury people carrier and also our meet-and-greet representative assisted in their transfer through the airport to our waiting chauffeur.

At his request I arranged for him and his family to spend a day exploring the beautiful countryside of the Cotswolds accompanied by a qualified Blue-Badge Guide. I also organised a day of horse riding for his two daughters. The third day of their stay was Mr and Mrs J’s wedding anniversary. Mr J naturally asked me to arrange something special for himself and his wife as a memorable celebration. I reserved a box for them at the Royal Opera House to see La Boheme whilst the children enjoyed their own taste of London Theatreland by having dinner nearby.

At the end of the four night stay I arranged the same chauffeur to take family back to Gatwick airport to catch their onward flight.

During their stay family enjoyed meals of traditional English cuisine, classic French, Michelin-Star Chinese and Italian restaurants.

A Perfect Celebration.
Mr and Mrs H wanted a night to remember in London’s west end. I organised a Rolls Royce limousine to collect them from their home in Surrey and booked a table at one of my favourite romantic restaurants. The limousine then drove them to the theatre to enjoy the hit show Billy Elliot, waited for them and drove them home to Surrey after the performance. I was delighted to hear from Mrs H that she thought the night was perfect.

Director's Business Trip
Miss S from Hong Kong enlisted my help in organising her director's three-day business trip to the City of London, as she felt her limited knowledge of the Capital may have hindered the smooth running of his crowded itinerary.

With my knowledge of London I devised a simple route incorporating all his business appointments and supplied the itinerary. I ensured that the chauffeur stayed with the Director throughout his stay to accommodate any last minute changes.

A Night on the Town
On a whistle-stop trip through Europe, Steve and Jody H were staying at a London airport hotel but wanted to experience a night on the town in London’s famous West End.

A chauffeur collected them from their airport hotel and took them into town giving them their personalised evening’s itinerary and theatre tickets.I arranged for them to dine at an award winning restaurant  followed by catching a headline west end show. The chauffeur remained in the West End throughout their evening and returned them to the hotel at the end of their night.
